Why we chose film and what we hoped you would feel
Sometimes an image speaks louder than words, especially when it’s about farewell, loss, and the love that remains. For our very first brand video, we didn’t want a campaign or a marketing trick. We wanted to tell a story. Real, vulnerable, recognizable. Because My Heartspace isn’t about technology. It’s about what you feel when someone is gone, but still has something to say. And that feeling can’t be explained; it has to be seen. Or better yet: felt.
We created this video together with a wonderful team of people who, like us, carry their own stories of loss. That’s what gives it its truth. No script. No acting. Just honest emotion. Feelings you may recognize, or maybe one day will.

The story behind the brand video
Sophia turned 30, an age that feels like a milestone. A moment that makes you pause and ask yourself: Who have I become? Where do I stand? Who would I have loved to share this with?
For Sophia, the answer to that last question was crystal clear: her father. He had passed away years earlier from an incurable illness. A quiet, thoughtful man who preferred listening over speaking. But when he knew his time was limited, he made one decision: If I can’t be there, I still want to be with her on her 30th birthday.
He knew how much that day would matter and how it would feel to reach it without him. So, he recorded a message. Just for her. With words every daughter hopes to hear.
On the morning of her birthday, Sophia received it, his voice, his words. A message telling her how proud he was, how he had seen her grow even without being there, and how he would always be with her in his own way.
Sophia broke down. Not from grief, but from recognition. From love. From that feeling: he is still here, for just a moment.
