What problem are you trying to solve?
In the app, 1 message equals 1 credit. You can purchase credits individually, in packs of 5, or in packs of 100:
1 message: €2.99
5 messages: €12.99
100 messages: €19.99
Once purchased, you can edit a message as often as you like, completely free of charge. You will never pay anything extra afterwards.
If you are still alive on the date you selected, these messages will not be sent. If you later pass away and the message is still in your account, we will deliver it. We will include a short note stating that the message was originally meant to be sent earlier, but that you were still alive at that time.
We do this because every message is valuable, and we don’t want anything you’ve created to be lost. Of course, you can always delete a message yourself if you decide you’d rather share it in person.
You can check your remaining credits by logging into the app and going to your profile. On the homescreen, in the top right corner, you’ll see the number of credits displayed under your name.
If you’ve been designated as a guardian angel, you will usually be informed directly by the loved one who appointed you. If that hasn’t happened, don’t worry, we will also notify you by email to confirm your role as a guardian angel.
You can report a passing through this form. For privacy reasons, only a designated guardian angel is allowed to submit this. Once the form is completed, we will process the notification within 24 hours to ensure the messages are released at the right time.
You can schedule messages up to 18 years ahead, ensuring your words reach loved ones precisely when you want—even nearly two decades into the future.
A printed My Heartspace card costs just €2.99, shipping included, to any address worldwide. That price covers premium printing on durable cardstock, international postage, and secure scheduling—so you can set the card to arrive on a future date (even after your passing) without incurring extra fees.
Yes, there are costs associated with using My Heartspace. A single message costs €2.99, five messages €12.99, and unlimited messages €29.99. This small fee keeps My Heartspace ad-free, funds encrypted long-term storage so your memories stay safe for decades, supports ongoing app improvements without relying on big investors, and helps us reach more people who need the comfort of a final message.
Loved ones cannot access your My Heartspace account after you pass away. Your profile remains strictly personal: once our team has verified your death and sent the scheduled messages to the recipients you selected, your account is closed permanently. No partner, child, executor, or friend can log in to view drafts, private notes, or your timeline. This guarantees that only the messages you intended for particular people are shared, while everything else stays forever private.
Yes, you can edit or add to your saved messages and completed questions at any time within the app. These changes are completely free of charge.

Can everyone see my messages in My Heartspace? Absolutely not. Your personal timeline is completely private—only you can open, edit, or view it. Each draft, memory, and scheduled message sits inside its own end-to-end-encrypted vault that no one else can access.
The only exception is when you explicitly add a loved one as a recipient. In that case, that single message unlocks for them once it’s released and appears within their own secure account—never on a public feed or shared dashboard.

The content of your Timeline can only be seen by the loved ones you’ve added to a that specific Moment. This Moment will only become visible on the date you’ve set.

Select your recipient and choose a delivery date—tomorrow, a milestone birthday, or even years after your death. Absolutely! Think of My Heartspace as your personal online vault full of memories, moments, photos, and videos. Our system is designed in such a way that we, as admins, cannot access any data (everything is anonymized) and it is stored in the safest way possible. So, fill your vault with confidence with everything you want to say to your Loved Ones.
My Heartspace is a secure post-humous messaging service. You create private “Messages” that can contain text, photos, voice notes, or video. After choosing one or more recipients, you decide when each Message unlocks—on the first birthday after your passing, on a partner’s milestone anniversary, or every year on the date you died. All content is end-to-end encrypted, stored in your personal timeline, and remains invisible to everyone until the release trigger is met.
When you pass away, a trusted contact or verified death record activates delivery. The designated loved ones receive an email or Notification that guides them to the free My Heartspace app, where the Moment appears in their own secure vault. They can read, watch, or listen forever, but nothing is shared publicly or with third parties.

My Heartspace is notified of your passing through a Guardian Angel you appoint in the app, usually a trusted family member, friend, or colleague. After your death, that Guardian must email a scanned death certificate to our support team, confirming the date you passed away. Once the document is verified, your preset delivery schedule activates and the right messages unlock for each recipient. You can name multiple Guardians for extra security.
Our mission statement is: People last a lifetime, My Heartspace lasts forever. We keep your directories active for 10 years after your passing, please read down below what happens after the first 10 years. After the first 10 years, your account will be ‘archived’ where all the information will remain accessible for your Loved Ones (and all outgoing messages will remain being sent) but at a slower loading speed.
If one of your Loved Ones wishes to see anything from your archived profile, the profile will be activated (which only means faster loading times) upon request.
Every paid request you do on My Heartspace (flowers, cards, gifts) will be charged on your account directly. We use the money paid to arrange your wishes in the future. Keep in mind that the prices of flowers now and in 10 years may vary, we always charge a normalized ‘inflation’-addition to the prices shown calculated accordingly.
