If you have been added as a contributor to someone’s Moment, it means that the person who created the Moment would also like you to add your memory of it. You can make a one-time contribution, including text, photos, and/or videos. This contribution will then be visible to everyone who has been added to the Moment!

Others can contribute to your Moment. You do this by adding contributors when creating your Moment. Here, you select the Loved Ones who are allowed to contribute. However, they cannot edit your original message and are limited to one contribution, including photos, videos, or voice memos.

Within My Heartspace, there is space only for your closest Loved Ones. Unlike social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, we don’t use lists with friends/acquaintances or distant connections. In My Heartspace, you create Moments that are only accessible to the Loved Ones you’ve added, with a limit of 10 people per Moment. You can also choose to have these Moments delivered at a later time, such as after your passing. My Heartspace isn’t about being seen or gathering likes, but about passing on love to the people who mean the most to you.

Absolutely! Think of My Heartspace as your personal online vault full of memories, moments, photos, and videos. Our system is designed in such a way that we, as admins, cannot access any data (everything is anonymized) and it is stored in the safest way possible. So, fill your vault with confidence with everything you want to say to your Loved Ones.

With My Heartspace, you can create ‘Moments’ that consist of messages, photos, voice memos, and videos. These Moments can be sent to your Loved Ones either after your passing or as a time capsule for the future. For example, you can set a message to be opened 20 years from now, allowing you and your loved ones to reflect on your childhood or other significant memories.

In addition to this, My Heartspace allows your Loved Ones to contribute to these Moments, creating a complete timeline of shared experiences. You control when your loved ones receive your messages—on specific dates, after a set period, or on a recurring basis after you’ve passed. This ensures that your love and memories are shared exactly when and how you wish.

Within My Heartspace you always have to assign at least one guardian. This guardian is able to notify us when you’ve passed.

Every My Heartspace users receives automated ‘sign of life’ requests on set times. If you don’t reply for a consecutive amount of times, we ask your guardian if something happend. If your guardians do not reply to our request, one of our staff members will pickup the phone to assure the correct procedure is starting.

Our mission statement is: People last a lifetime, My Heartspace lasts forever. We keep your directories active for 10 years after your passing, please read down below what happens after the first 10 years. After the first 10 years, your account will be ‘archived’ where all the information will remain accessible for your Loved Ones (and all outgoing messages will remain being sent) but at a slower loading speed.
If one of your Loved Ones wishes to see anything from your archived profile, the profile will be activated (which only means faster loading times) upon request.

How do I make sure my presents or flowers will be sent in the future?2024-07-30T08:39:34+00:00

Every paid request you do on My Heartspace (flowers, cards, gifts) will be charged on your account directly. We use the money paid to arrange your wishes in the future. Keep in mind that the prices of flowers now and in 10 years may vary, we always charge a normalized ‘inflation’-addition to the prices shown calculated accordingly.
