If you have been added as a contributor to someone’s Moment, it means that the person who created the Moment would also like you to add your memory of it. You can make a one-time contribution, including text, photos, and/or videos. This contribution will then be visible to everyone who has been added to the Moment!
In My Heartspace, users can create moments to capture their beautiful memories from life. If someone has left a moment (which is a memory) for you, it means they would like to share this memory with you. You can view this moment and, if you wish, add your own memory of that experience.
To delete your account, click here. Please note that if you choose to delete your account, all your data, including any created or scheduled Moments and additional products, will no longer be sent.
Yes, My Heartspace offers an Explore section with over 100+ questions to guide you. These questions are designed to inspire and provide structure as you capture your memories and messages.
We ensure the delivery of messages in 10 years by using secure and reliable technology to store your Moments. Our platform is designed to safeguard your data long-term, and we regularly update our infrastructure to guarantee stability. Additionally, we have systems in place to track and manage future deliveries, so your messages will be sent exactly when scheduled.
You can store various types of messages, including text messages, videos, photos, and audio recordings. These can include personal anecdotes, advice, life lessons, or heartfelt messages.
Leaving messages for the future allows you to share meaningful thoughts, advice, or memories with Loved Ones even when you’re not around. My Heartspace is available as an app for your smartphone and can also be installed on a tablet. Additionally, there is a web version available, allowing you to access the app through any browser.

The recipient must have the My Heartspace app to read messages. Within the app, we provide a secure environment to ensure that personal data remains protected.
Within My Heartspace, no one can see your personal timeline. It is only visible to you. However, loved ones can view Moments they have been added to, and if they are contributors, they can provide an addition to those Moments.
- Parents can use the My Heartspace app for various types of Moments. Think about important milestones like your child’s first steps, but also consider leaving advice for the years to come. The first seven years of a child’s life are foundational, but as we grow older, we tend to forget these early years. How wonderful would it be to describe these years as parents and store them in the app to look back on after 18 years? In doing so, you create a complete memory book for your child filled with their early life moments.
Employees can use My Heartspace to create a book of life filled with memories together with their Loved Ones. They can collaborate on Moments, ensuring that life is not only celebrated but shared with those they care about. If needed, they can also prepare messages for after their passing or for the distant future, like a time capsule.
My Heartspace offers various collaboration opportunities for businesses. These include custom partnerships for integrating our platform into corporate wellness programs, offering personalized memory or farewell services, and co-branding opportunities for creating Moments or time capsules tailored to employees or clients. We also provide options for adding free credits for ordering cards and other items, and providing access to an extensive library of over 100 reflection questions.
You can use My Heartspace for various types of ‘Moments’ after death. For example, you can prepare farewell letters for loved ones to read after your passing. You can share your life advice or memories with others or about others.
Farewell letters are sent based on the settings you selected in your Moment. Please note, these messages will only be released after we have received confirmation of your passing from the Guardian Angel you designated.
A time capsule within My Heartspace is a Moment you create that only becomes visible at a later date. Think of it as life advice you want to pass on to someone in a few years.
The content of your Timeline can only be seen by the loved ones you’ve added to a that specific Moment. This Moment will only become visible on the date you’ve set.
Others can contribute to your Moment. You do this by adding contributors when creating your Moment. Here, you select the Loved Ones who are allowed to contribute. However, they cannot edit your original message and are limited to one contribution, including photos, videos, or voice memos.
You can send a card by downloading the My Heartspace App. Then, go to the shop, choose a design, add your personal message, and select the recipient. The card will be sent on the delivery date you choose.
Your employees’ data is protected by advanced security and privacy settings on our servers. We use one of the biggest ones (commercially available) to ensure a maximum standard on security. We also regularly update our security measures to protect against any potential threats.

Yes, you can answer the questions together with your partner. You do this by inviting your partner as a contributor. This way, both of you can separately respond to the questions and share your answers together.
Within My Heartspace, there is space only for your closest Loved Ones. Unlike social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, we don’t use lists with friends/acquaintances or distant connections. In My Heartspace, you create Moments that are only accessible to the Loved Ones you’ve added, with a limit of 10 people per Moment. You can also choose to have these Moments delivered at a later time, such as after your passing. My Heartspace isn’t about being seen or gathering likes, but about passing on love to the people who mean the most to you.

Absolutely! Think of My Heartspace as your personal online vault full of memories, moments, photos, and videos. Our system is designed in such a way that we, as admins, cannot access any data (everything is anonymized) and it is stored in the safest way possible. So, fill your vault with confidence with everything you want to say to your Loved Ones.
With My Heartspace, you can create ‘Moments’ that consist of messages, photos, voice memos, and videos. These Moments can be sent to your Loved Ones either after your passing or as a time capsule for the future. For example, you can set a message to be opened 20 years from now, allowing you and your loved ones to reflect on your childhood or other significant memories.
In addition to this, My Heartspace allows your Loved Ones to contribute to these Moments, creating a complete timeline of shared experiences. You control when your loved ones receive your messages—on specific dates, after a set period, or on a recurring basis after you’ve passed. This ensures that your love and memories are shared exactly when and how you wish.
Within My Heartspace you always have to assign at least one guardian. This guardian is able to notify us when you’ve passed.
Every My Heartspace users receives automated ‘sign of life’ requests on set times. If you don’t reply for a consecutive amount of times, we ask your guardian if something happend. If your guardians do not reply to our request, one of our staff members will pickup the phone to assure the correct procedure is starting.
Our mission statement is: People last a lifetime, My Heartspace lasts forever. We keep your directories active for 10 years after your passing, please read down below what happens after the first 10 years. After the first 10 years, your account will be ‘archived’ where all the information will remain accessible for your Loved Ones (and all outgoing messages will remain being sent) but at a slower loading speed.
If one of your Loved Ones wishes to see anything from your archived profile, the profile will be activated (which only means faster loading times) upon request.
Every paid request you do on My Heartspace (flowers, cards, gifts) will be charged on your account directly. We use the money paid to arrange your wishes in the future. Keep in mind that the prices of flowers now and in 10 years may vary, we always charge a normalized ‘inflation’-addition to the prices shown calculated accordingly.
